Plastic Alturnamats Used As Ground Protection For Heavy Equipment

12/31/2015 - 6:17:00 AM

Plastic Alturnamats are used year-round to move fully loaded concrete trucks, backhoes, dump trucks, cranes, well drilling rigs and even people on foot across muddy areas. Get 72,000 lb. concrete trucks up to the site. Line them up as temporary sidewalks for foot traffic. Run a skid loader across a lawn again and again, and when you're done 1 man can easily gather them and stack on a pickup truck - no hassle in handling, no special vehicle to move them. We stock them in diamond pattern on both sides, diamond pattern 1 side, smooth on the other as well as white ones. Clear Alturnamats are used on grass and allow UV rays to reach the grass enabling the grass to survive for much longer.

Use them to move heavy equipment and tracked machines across blacktop roads and concrete surfaces without any damage to the roadway or parking area. 3x8's are our biggest seller but 4x8's are not far behind. Use 4x8's when making turns and for a bit more leeway in placing and driving on them.

Alturnamats seem to be nearly indestructible as this video demonstrates. See how they can be used again after being bent double by clicking the You Tube video.

At under $228 for a 4x8' mat, (under $200 in quantity or for a smaller 3x8') it quickly makes sense to use the plastic mats instead of plywood. See here how the savings add up http://alturnamats.com/plywood_savings.php

We have a large selection of Alturnamats and outrigger pads in stock in Gap, PA. Open 6-6 weekdays. Sat. 7-5. (717)442-8970

Hello blogger! Thanks a lot for this amazing post. Keep sharing. Heavy equipment is essential for a variety of construction tasks, from digging trenches to moving materials and operating heavy machinery. Heavy equipment helps to reduce the time and labor needed for a job, which in turn increases productivity, efficiency, and safety. It is also used to move large amounts of material, such as dirt, gravel, and rock, and to demolish buildings. Heavy equipment is an important part of many industries, such as mining, heavy manufacturing, road and bridge construction, and civil engineering. It is essential for many construction projects and can also be used in emergency situations. To learn more, visit here: https://www.boomandbucket.com/equipment/
