Overview

50 Grease Fitting Caps (Yellow) (LNL134) is designed for Hardware > Tools applications requiring protection of standard grease fittings from contamination, debris, and moisture.

Technical Features

• 15/64 in. inner diameter — fits all standard and metric grease fittings, eliminating the need to stock multiple cap sizes across a mixed fleet.
• 1.67 in. overall length — provides full coverage of the grease fitting nipple, shielding threads and sealing surfaces from dirt and debris.
• Collar loop with 25/64 in. eye diameter — allows the cap to be threaded directly onto 1/4-28 SAE or M6 fittings via the securing strap, keeping the cap tethered and preventing loss during service intervals.
• Securing strap design — for larger fittings such as 1/8 NPT, the strap can be placed over the top of the grease fitting with ample room for the cap to seat securely, extending compatibility beyond standard thread sizes.
• Yellow color coding — provides high-visibility identification of capped fittings on equipment, supporting systematic lubrication maintenance checks.
