Gap Power Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a standard 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving or picking up your item to request a return.
Important Brand & Equipment Exceptions:
  • Stihl, Honda, and Gas-Powered Equipment: Due to the nature of these products, all Stihl equipment, Honda equipment, and gas-powered machinery are subject to a shortened 7-day window. These items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or pickup.
  • Restocking Fees: Returns on select items, including large equipment and special orders, may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the physical receipt or digital proof of purchase.
How to Return Your Item
  • In-Store (Recommended): Bring your item and proof of purchase directly to our store counter at 5270 Newport Road, Gap, PA 17527 for immediate processing.
  • By Mail/Freight: To start a mail-in return, contact us first at contactus@gappower.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
  • Custom products, special orders, or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item at our store counter or online.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable restocking fees). Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contactus@gappower.com.
