Technical Features
- Includes two base caps with different thread types — the yellow cap is coarse thread (fits Midwest, Scepter, Chilton adapter, Jerry can adapter, No Spill adapter, and racing jug adapter); the black cap is fine thread (fits older Briggs & Stratton, Rubbermaid, Essence, Blitz, and Gott cans); the solid gray base cap fits older Wedco and later model Briggs & Stratton cans, sharing the same threads as the Wedco No. 84004.
- 8" spout with 8" spout extension included — extends reach for precise fueling of equipment with recessed or difficult-to-access fill ports.
- 1/2" replacement push-in vent included — restores proper venting to older cans, enabling consistent flow without airlock interruption.
- Heavy-duty spout construction — designed as a direct replacement for worn or damaged original spouts on pre-2009 cans.
- Empties a 5-gallon vented can in approximately 35 seconds — high-flow design minimizes downtime during equipment fueling.
- White and black kit variants contain identical parts — difference is color and packaging only, allowing selection based on preference without any functional trade-off.
Applications
- Replacement spout for pre-2009 vented gasoline cans from brands including Midwest, Scepter, Blitz, Gott, Rubbermaid, Wedco, and Briggs & Stratton.
- Fueling small engines, lawn equipment, generators, and other power equipment from legacy fuel cans.
- Farm, workshop, and job-site environments requiring fast, controlled fuel transfer from 5-gallon vented cans.
- Repair and restoration of older fuel cans to avoid full can replacement.
