***Important Notes*****

1) To set the seamer pressure close the seamer using the handle. Tighten the pressure adjusting knobs until they just start to get snug and then back both off one-and-a-half turns each. Make sure the thickness selector is set for the correct thickness. Note the markings are in inches/mm, NOT GUAGE OF Material.

2) Set the four wheels that ride on the roof surface to the same height.

3) Run a test piece to make sure the seam is formed correctly. Adjust the seam pressure as necessary for proper form.

4) Make sure your metal is free from oil / grease. If the seamer starts slipping during usage, clean the metal and the feed wheels, do not increase the seam pressure.

5) Keep wheels and bearing free from debris.
