LOCKNLUBE® GREASE COUPLER

Overview

The LockNLube® Grease Coupler (GC81011) is designed for grease gun lubrication applications requiring a secure, leak-proof connection to Zerk fittings across all standard grease gun platforms.

Technical Features

• Four hardened spring-steel jaws rated to 10,000 PSI — maintain a positive, rigid grip on the Zerk fitting under high-pressure greasing conditions, preventing the coupler from disengaging mid-operation.
• Sliding sleeve with thumb-lever activation — engages and releases the four jaws without requiring the operator to manually align or hold the coupler, freeing both hands to operate the grease gun.
• Leak-proof seal formed upon jaw engagement — grease is directed into the fitting rather than escaping around the connection point, eliminating waste and contamination on surrounding components.
• Positive lock does not release under pressure — the locked connection remains rigid unless deliberately released via the thumb lever; if a fitting becomes over-pressurized, the thumb lever can be depressed to safely release the coupler.
• 1/8" NPT inlet thread — direct replacement for standard grease gun couplers with no additional adapters required.
• Compatible with all SAE and Metric Zerk fittings — including standard, button-head, and recessed fittings across a wide range of equipment.
