- Three-cap thread configuration: Includes a yellow coarse-thread cap, a black fine-thread cap, and a solid grey base cap — enabling compatibility across a wide range of pre-2009 container brands without modification.
- Yellow coarse-thread cap is engineered to fit Midwest, Scepter, Chilton adapter, Jerry Can adapter, No Spill adapter, and Racing Jug adapter containers — covering the most common coarse-thread legacy designs.
- Black fine-thread cap is compatible with older Briggs & Stratton, Rubbermaid, Essence, Blitz, and Gott cans — addressing the fine-thread legacy market segment.
- Solid grey base cap fits older Wedco and later-model Briggs & Stratton cans, sharing the same thread specification as the Wedco No. 84004 (Wedco No. 84004 not included in this kit).
- Flame arrester included: Provides a passive safety barrier within the spout assembly to reduce ignition risk during dispensing.
