Malco’s power assisted seamer is the perfect hand-held equipment for effortless seaming of 1" or 1.5" single and/or double mechanical lock standing-seam panels in one efficient operation, with no hand seamer required. Simply attach the power assisted seamer to your cordless drill, for a max speed of 98-feet/min (30 m/min) and 1076 sq. feet/7 min
Designed to start the seaming process from the beginning of the metal profile without having to use a hand seamer.
Designed for the roofing professionals working with Stainless steel, steel, Aluminum, Copper, and Zinc material.

***Important Notes*****
1) To set the seamer pressure close the seamer using the handle. Tighten the pressure adjusting knobs until they just start to get snug and then back both off one-and-a-half turns each. Make sure the thickness selector is set for the correct thickness. Note the markings are in inches/mm, NOT GUAGE OF Material.

2) Set the four wheels that ride on the roof surface to the same height.

3) Run a test piece to make sure the seam is formed correctly. Adjust the seam pressure as necessary for proper form.

4) Make sure your metal is free from oil / grease. If the seamer starts slipping during usage, clean the metal and the feed wheels, do not increase the seam pressure.

5) Keep wheels and bearing free from debris.
